EstimatesWe provide estimates for all out-of-warranty repairs. Customers may receive estimates via fax or e-mail. Please return the approved estimate by fax to (561) 689-5520. Work will begin upon estimate approval. In order to service your unit and return it in a timely manner, we request that you respond to estimates within 48 hours. Alternatively, to speed up repair time, you may pre-approve charges up to a stated amount when shipping your unit to us. We have the knowledge and testing capabilities to repair and maintain equipment commonly used in locations outside the United States. We are also familiar with foreign shipping and customs requirements. You can trust us to repair your 50 cycle equipment and make sure the shipment is returned properly. |
